37,000 SF renovation to existing luxury boutique hospitality amenities for prominent Eastside hotel and gathering space. Project included 66 total rooms with upgrades entailing new flooring, electrical fixtures, new furniture and finishes. Renovations were completed on an aggressive, fast-track schedule with additional scope added. Precise project management kept set crew sizes at an optimal level, subcontractors flowing between rooms, and work completed efficiently. Work included upgraded HVAC and auto-cleaning ionization air sanitation system.
