Boutique coffee café within a new office building. Nielsen worked in partnership with the project owner and architect to complete this 1,400 SF buildout of an existing office suite into a newly designed espresso shop. The project includes extensive custom casework, commercial kitchen appliances, brand new electrical work including a new transformer, new HVAC systems, fire suppression, and extensive plumbing to support kitchen operating within the new shell and core.
