A new, ground-up Hampton Inn by Hilton project being built in a single-phase with five stories and 98 guest rooms. The wood-framed structure is supported on a conventional concrete stem wall foundation and slab-on-grade. The building is outfitted with a diesel generator for emergency backup power, stairwell pressurization systems for fire egress purposes, and a 28,000-CF stormwater vault under the parking area. The project includes a full array of site improvements, from extensive exterior patio space to asphalt parking space with multiple EVcharging stations, approximately 500 feet of retaining wall and finished privacy fencing, new landscaping, and signage.
