This project entails the construction of a ground-up Homewood Suites by Hilton in a single-phase development consisting of 99 guest rooms. The four-story, wood-framed, elevatored structure is supported on a conventional concrete slab-on-grade with concrete foundation wall and footing system. Also included are site improvements such as an expansive exterior patio space, new asphalt parking with EV charging stations and extensive landscaping throughout.
