NCI was proud to team with SMART Technologies to construct a new 18,216 SF tenant improvement for the company's corotate headquarters in downtown. The high-tech research and office space was constructed in an existing occupied mid-rise office tower in the Seattle Center area. The project features a reconfigured open office plan with 2,600 SF of individual offices, 1,190 SF of conference rooms, open collaborative workspaces, an updated lobby, and extensive communications, lighting, and electrical upgrades throughout.
