Regency at Ten Trails is a new, upcoming 55+ community in King County which will feature a series of luxury homes with exclusive access to premium resort-style amenities. Work will include a12,000-square-foot adult community clubhouse with full fitness studio, indoor pool, great hall, lounge and bar.  Exterior work is to take place on a four acre site, consisting of pickleball and bocce ball courts, outdoor entertaining areas with fire pits, and dog park.
